Feather Lake Plastics, LLC D/B/A FL Plastic has over 30 years of experience in procuring and selling all forms of plastic materials (regrind, reprocessed pellets, non-woven bales and rolls, baled product, purge & lumps and parts). We provide reliable follow through, from the initial purchase to the on-time delivery and your prompt payment.

Services include:

Buy and Sell Full truckload quantities of plastic scrap including but not limited to:

PP (HOPP and COPP and non-woven bales & rolls)
HMW 9-14 melt regrind
HDPE 5-10 melt regrind
TPE/TPV pellets and regrind
PC/PET painted or unpainted regrind
PC/ABS, ABS and PC regrinds – painted and unpainted
GPPS/HIPS Regrind

Procurement of Reprocessed Resin to reduce your costs with virgin feed streams. Special care is taken to work with you on your specifications to get the repro resin produced that will meet your needs. FL Plastic goes further by procuring the resin on your behalf and storing it so you can receive your resin on a just in time basis for your manufacturing process.

Tolling Services

Pelletizing

You also produce quality scrap that you may not want to sell. We will work with you to facilitate the transportation out of your plant to a quality grind facility where your product will be ground into lined Gaylord boxes. Then we facilitate the return of your processed product back to your facility so you can keep your costs low.

Densifying

We can do the same with your non-woven materials in the bale or roll form. Those materials will be densified and granulated for return to your facility.

Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Metals

We have an affiliated company that can handle your ferrous and non-ferrous recycling needs. That company services suppliers ranging from Tier One automotive facilities to Solar Panel farms to Natural Gas power stations.

Other needs come up from time to time. Our experience in the scrap plastic and manufacturing business over the last 30 + years makes us a good resource to run those needs by us. While we can’t be all things to all companies, we strive to provide quality solutions to your needs.

FL Plastic purchases most kinds of thermoplastics in a variety of forms including:

FL Plastic purchases and sells a wide variety of resins. A partial list of the resins that we market on a regular basis is listed below. While we prefer to move full truckload quantities of materials, we can, and do move LTL shipments when needed and if economically feasible for both parties.

Olefins

PP – Homo-Polymer and Co-Polymer, unfilled, talc filled, glass-filled.
Non-woven PP bales, rolls, filters, cloth including Low melt, high melt and melt blown.
HDPE – Fractional Melts, Crate Grade, Structural Foam, High Melts.
LDPE and LLDPE – Film Grades for domestic use and lower end film grades for export.
HMW – Drum Grade and Extrusion Grade
TPO, TPE, TPV & TPR – painted & unpainted.

Styrenics
